The Volunteer Lawyer Network is charged by the Indiana Supreme Court with promoting and organizing free legal services in Elkhart, LaPorte, Kosciusko, Marshall, Starke, and St. Joseph counties. We have a responsibility to provide for access to quality pro bono civil legal services by persons of limited means.
